The Panic Center is very proud to offer a NEW exclusive online tool designed to monitor the frequency and severity of your panic attacks and panic symptoms!

Today we’re proud to launch The Panic Diary – an interactive tool that records and graphically illustrates your panic attacks and panic symptoms. This is a first for the Internet and it is a free service.

When you use The Panic Diary, your goal should be to decrease your number of daily panic attacks and begin to understand the symptoms that are most associated with each attack that you have. Studies have shown that tracking your panic attacks and panic symptoms (getting to know them) is essential. If you track how panic (or agoraphobia) interferes with your daily life you can begin to learn how to control situations of panic, rather than letting those situations control you.

We look forward to your comments and we hope that The Panic Dairy will help you and you doctor learn more about your attacks and symptoms. The Panic Diary is 100% anonymous and it costs nothing to sign up.

To begin using The Panic Diary, click on the link on the left of the page under Tools and sign up for it. We look forward to your comments! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by sending an email to [email protected]
