Posted By Discussion Topic: Panic Program Exposure Time     redface 04-08-2004 @ 12:10 AM                              Member Joined: Jan. 2004 I am working on exposure to social phobias, but I am having trouble getting the exposure time I need, because I spend most of my time at home alone.  When I have done exposure work over the past two weeks, it has been for much shorter time periods than suggested.  Is that o.k.?  There does not seem to be much else I can do.  Is anyone else working on social phobia exposure?
