Hi!
I started the program today and have a question.  I want to record my thoughts and feelings and rate the anxiety but most days I manage to not have full fledged panic attacks.  The journal seems to think I have had one if I type anything.  Is that normal?

Hello LostButTrying,
With regards to the panic diary, it measures the severity and frequency of your panic attacks.  That is the way it is designed.  Perhaps when you are not experiencing a full attack you can print a copy of the panic attack form and record your information there.  I hope this helps, if not please let me know.  E-mail me at [email protected]
