I was wondering if anyone knew of a CBT site like this one, but for OCD?

Thanks, I have panic disorder with agoraphobia, but was also recently diagnosed with OCD, will the CBT that is on this site help me with the OCD as well as the panic?

The CBT on this site assisted wonderfuly with my OCD Jamie. OCD is secondary to panic with me. So I guess the CBT helped me with OCD because of this. But I don't see why it shouldn't make a possitive difference for you too. They're both anxiety related after all.
Take care, keep us posted. Smile
