Tinas,
There's no right or wrong way of doing this.  Just do it the best way you can.  Some days will be better than others, you are doing great.  Keep it up, your in your third week and doing well!!

Tinas, keep it up even if you don't think it's working.  Even when you still have the physical symptoms.  I didn't think that it was helping at all when I started doing it.  Then I noticed after a while that my thoughts  were changing, and the challenging thoughts were coming more automaticaly.  Don't get me wrong, I still have a long way to go on this, it's been hard work and sometimes it still doesn't help when it gets really bad.  But since I have had some success with it, I think that it can help even more.  Good luck and keep trying!!!

I'm going to start the third week of the program this week.  I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow regarding the addition of a beta blocker.

I have no interest at all in feeling any of the sensations of panic.  I have agoraphobia, and have been living panic free in a lifestyle that although limited was working for me.

However, my husband/safe person left me this year, and now I'm being forced into situations I have avoided for a long, long time.

I'm taking Effexor and Ativan, and I'm going to have him add a beta blocker, and then start the exposure work.

My issues are boundaries, driving, and heights.
