I am still battling attacks as of this afternoon....so when is a good time to jump in and begin???
I did the first session. Is it better to wait till you are having a good day???
I so badly want the tools to fight this demon in me that has shown up again.

Hi. If you download the Panic program booklet, you can keep going over session 1 for the rest of the week. At the moment, this fear and anxiety are controlling you. Begin now to invest time and effort into this. Take your time and do it slowly. It will help.

It looks like it's 168 pages long! I just started week 2 and I like to go back and re-read sections. It helps me to review things, makes it sink in better. I started it on a 'bad' day, too, if I'd waited for a good one it may have been a while! LOL! Good luck!

Yes, it's a huge program. I don't think you can print it out.
