Hello all, Im new here, and my question is to any moderator. I use the diary, but when I do not have attacks I record that I did not have one, but still it posts it as me having 1 attack, and no edit button to correct the problem. It actually recorded my attacks as three in one day when I never even had one. Another question is about the Panic Program. I have been doing the reading in section one, go as far as I want with it for a day. Am I only suppose to read up to a certain point, within a week, and not go further? Im confused on how this works. I am absorbing the text easily, so I continue on. It will say my next session date, which is dated a week later. I just find it difficult to understand if I am suppose to stop reading at a certain point, think about all the reading for a weeks time, and then carry on to the next session after one week? Also, the diary and the panic program seem to overlap as far as recording things. One other comment, its a bit redundent to have to login in for each thing, log in for the diary, log in for the forum. Thanks for the help, Amber

I also have a question about the diary.
You know in that box where it says observations, what were you doing at the time of the attack? When I don't have an attack, I just write how my day went, but I can't seem to figure out how to look at what I wrote. When I go back, it doesn't show me!
Any response would be appreciated.

Thanks for your comments. A duary upgrade is planned that should correct that.
It's recommended that you take the session and homework from each session and focuse on it for a week. To go too quickly could mean that you'd not get the full benefit. The sessions were designed to allow some lightbulb moments, and some rime to plan and do the exercises before you are ready for the next one. The more deeply you apply yourself, the more you can learn, practive and improve.

The double login is that each program is huge and uses different databases. We are working on improving that aspect of it too. Thanks for your comments.

Sorry, missed the last part. The readability of the entry was already added to the list of site fixes.
