Hi, everyone.  I just need to vent a little.  I'm having so much trouble staying alone.  I just freak out and start crying every morning when my husband goes to class.  Mondays and Wednesdays are the worst. because he leaves at 8:30 am and doesn't get home until about 6.  That is a long day of panicky feelings for me.  By the time he gets home I have been crying and shaking so much I'm exhausted.  I hope to start counceling here soon.  I just don't know where to begin.  Hope everyone is well.  Let's all hang in there and help eachother.  I'm glad you are all out there to listen.

Dear Katie,

I'm with you girl.  I'm just barely coping with my 17 year old
stepson staying with me during the day.  Come September
8th, I'm going to have to be alone with my little boy from 8am
to 3:30pm five days a week.

On my bad days, i take some gravol and hide in sleep, but i
won't be able to do this with a very active child to care for.  I'm
doing some exposure therapy, but so far can't get past fifteen
minutes alone in the house.

If you're on MSN messenger, maybe we could chat to each
other and get ourselves through the day Smile

you can email me at [email protected]

I know how you feel...take care of yourself. Are there relatives or friends that you can speak to or visit? Councelling is the best option...it has helped me a heck of a lot. I am lucky to have a supportive family too.

Good Luck,

Gloria

I know how you feel, i was going through that for awhile. When my boyfriend would leave for work before me I would freak.  Mine has gotten a little better thanks to the meds but somedays when he gets out of bed I have to as well otherwise I just lose it.  Right now I have been doing good, and thank god because he is out of town for two months.  Hang in there.  Things will get better.
