I am so frustrated. I don't know what to do. All the shrinks I've called in the phone book charge over $100 per session and operate way across town. My only form of transportation is a bicycle, and I'm terrified of public transport. The only person I know that could drive me is my boyfriend, but he works Mon-Fri and can only take time off for emergencies.
I'm worried that when my inheritance money runs out next year, I will be entirely dependant on my boyfriend. And if things don't work out,I'm completely screwed.
I feel so hopeless and terrified of the future. Everyone keeps telling me Social Security is almost impossible to get even if I do find a shrink to go see. They tell me I better get a job.
I've never had a job in my life. I can barely go to the grocery store once a week.
I have to find a way to survive. Any thoughts?

Pared,

Have you asked your doctors or local hospitals regarding clinics in your area.  There are many free clinics that can assist you.  They may be further away, however, they are free and worth the bike ride.

Take one step at a time, find your therapist first and begin to heal yourself.  Everything will fall into place.  Try our Panic Program to assist your with your panic. Use our online support group as a support team that can help you and give you excellent support.

Keep strong,

Josie
