Today is the day I return to work.  I took most of last week off due to my anxieties and continuous panic attacks.  I spent time this weekend driving with my husband...since driving is my biggest hurdle.  I did awesome.  No problem.  Fast forward to this morning....I woke up shaking like a leaf at the thought of having to drive by myself.  My husband came to give me a kiss good-bye.  He noticed my shaking and asked if I wanted him to stay home from work today.  At first I shook my head no, then I thought about it and asked if he would.  He did   He is going to follow me to work this morning so I can feel more comfortable about driving.  He is the BEST.  I'll let you all know how it goes later today.  I am either working until 11:30 or 1:00.  I am not sure.
