hi guys..i just had to share this with you,ll ..no one else would understand how important this is for me..i,ve been an excercise addict..but because of repeated severe panic attacks i quit working out for two months..the thought of going to the gym would trigger an attack..and i did go once but got so spaced out and scared thinking excercise is going to give me an heart attack..after a lot of thinking i realised maybe my gym was a trigger..so i got gutsy and changed my gym..and have worked out 3 days in a row without an attack..i,m so happy..i feel a part of my life has come back....i,m praying this feeling lasts..i had to share this with you guys

Sanju, I am very very happy for you! Way to go! I know about exercise being a trigger of panic attacks so I can absolutely relate! Iwona

Oh Sanju, that's fantastic. That was great thinking and a good move. Here's a blue ribbon.
