Since the group is growing and some people are beginning to proudly proclaim little successes from challenging their fears and anxious thoughts, (and even some big successes too!) we have added this new forum in the hope of showing others that improvement can be achieved, and also to allow you to toot your own horn.

If you have a success story to share, please feel free to share it here.  It motivates and inspires others and it gives your a little pat on the back at the same time.

If you have shared one recently in the other forums, it would entirely fine if you reposted it here.

Let's show the world that this awful thing does not have to keep people down.

(Thanks, Sue, for bringing the idea forward.  We agree, it's time

I  am so glad to see you now have a success site. I think it so important especially for people who experience panic attacks to read that they can and very often do get better, that we're not mad, which is something we all feel I'm sure, especially during that first one, when you can't breathe, control your thoughts, body movements etc. I have just posted my success story on 'introduce yourself ' not realising that you had started this new forum, so won't bore you with it again, but am so glad that after help from family, friends, doctors, cpn's and your programme I feel so differently from the person with suicidal thoughte just 10 weeks ago. I'm alive, I'm not mad, life is definately worth living !!!
