Hi Guys, i just thoght i would let you know that i have managed to go back to work part-time. I still have alot of work to do to get over the physical symptoms and the agrophobia but i think that i am starting to get there. Fingers crossed. I felt strange to start but i did it and it was great to see all my work mates again.Maybe there is a silver lining.

That is great news !! Just take it slow and you will be fine. I am looking forward to the day that I go back to work again. This staying home and doing nothing is boring.
Best of luck to you

Hi Ellie
Im so happy for you ! I returned to work a couple of months ago, and even though at first I was nervous and thinking id call in sick and make excuses because of the panic attacks. I haven't though and it feels great! You sound like your doing just fine and I think your really inspirational xxxx

Congrats. I can't tell you how good it is to know that there is hope. I'm currently at my lowest point, but I know that sometime soon I'll be posting here. I'm so happy for you. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Guarded
I reckon just having a positive outlook and 'knowing' your gonna get through it is the hardest part. I dont think it will be long before you post your success up here xxxx
