I have not had a major panic attack for 4 days!  I did have a little one today, but I challenged my anxious thought and it went away! Smile

This is the first time in 6 months that this has happened!  I was having up to 5 a day before starting the program.

I can't believe it.  It feels so fantastic.

Thanks, Sammi.  I'll keep your encouragement in mind when I do have a panic attack so I still feel like I'm making progress.

Thanks so much,

Sarah Smile

Way to go Sarah!  Reading your post took me back a few months when I was having more than 1 panic attack daily and doing anything to stop them.  When I started conquering the fear it was such a tremendous feeling...I am so happy to see another person making progress.  Keep moving forward Sarah!!!
