Right now I'm taking a break from school because I need to work on my social anxiety more intensly which I intend to do. The school I go to is a career training program and on this particular day we had a meeting where you have a mock job interview to help you get ready for the work force. I had been absent the day before and didn't know we would be doing this that day. I'm glad I didn't know because I woudn't have showed up! To my surprise every one was a bit nervous so I think that made me feel better, knowing I wasn't the only one.But as each person went up my heart began to pound and I was scared silly and I felt like getting up to leave but instead I got up to go to the bathroom and was proud of myself for going BACK and finally going through with the interview. Every one had left by then and  I didn't have an audiance and after the interviewers said I did a GOOD JOB espesially since I was sort of thrown into the situation without notice. But that was a BIG feat for me! Now I need to work on doing that in real life and being comfortable with doing it. I 'm determined to finally lick this!
