I hit rock bottom this week.  the shakes, heart racing, serious depression, ocd incredibly strong. Plus, my wife left me and took the baby.  (THAT WAS HARD TO TYPE).  I decided to call my shrink and tell him that he is doing nothing for me and I am trying to enter the Pitssburgh intensive outpatient program for those with ocd.  I believe it will be difficult to be accepted but I will do anything to get right.  Thanks to God and my family and the people on this forum.  THERE IS HOPE.

I'm new to this forum, but I've been reading your entries with interest.  I pray things will go better for you.  Remeber all the other times you felt like this (or even worse) and you're still here.  That's what keeps me going.  Good luck and let us know how you're doing.

Katie

Nurseboy..

You are so strong and I respect that. You are moving forward that is all that matters. Anxiety is a tricky problem and we are all looking for answers, the most important thing is that we keep going. Keep your head up and always know that you have friends here.
