Last month i had my first serious panic attack - Rapid heartbeat, tired and  muscle tension, feeling dizzy. But now, i feel very 99% better and i can say i have come back to normal track after followed panic center program, it does help me alot!!!

What i trying to do is NOT to avoid the places that i used scared. NOT to think negative, telling myself life should NOT be so stressful. and keep remind yourself you have healthy body but only bad mind, so very soon you will get a healthy mind.

Listening some music, sleeping and relax yourself will be good way. And, eating banana helps to relax yourself. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

That's all i have to say. I think i can do and you can do it too!!!
