Today has been a wonderful day for me!! Last week I couldnt make it to my Mothers (she was going to pick me up). Was a bummer, but my husband (think sometimes he knows my triggers) thought that being rushed in the mornings, seems to trigger my nervousness. Well..today my dad needed his computer fixed, and called for me (it was something I couldnt walk him through over the phone). He said no rush, I will get you early afternoon. So I took my time this morning, to wake up, and adjust, let my medicine get in my system, and prayed. Lord, I had no anxiety whatsoever going up there, and this is 30 miles from my house, way past my comfort zone, and my dad is not my safety person. I got to finally see my Mom and Dad, instead of talking on the phone with them. The day was just gorgeous too!! Oh, how I give thanks to God for watching over me. I came home so bubbly, I think I have talked my husband to death about my achievement LOL. Even though my son will be gone tonight, with husband working 3rd shift, Im currently in a utopia state, that Im not frantic about it, or starting to worry yet. I know not everyday can be this way, for anybody, but sure did feel good!!
