Hi This is only my 4th or 5th time here, and without even realizing it it took the first step with dealing/understanding my panic attacks... Just from Reading everyone else's post's about there experinces really helped me (one of my biggest fears and triggers of my panic attacks being talking and thinking about them) this was a HUGE step for me. My sister also suffers from panic attacks hers being alot more sever then mine, this site has also helped me help her - before i would try to avoid her while she was having one in fear that it would trigger one in me( kinda selfish, i know) But now im able to help her through it. I would just like to say THANKS!! -Jen
