Yeah, I have it. It really isn't anything special as far as I'm concerned. I mean, there are definite truths and good ideas in there that will help; but I'm also a seasoned veteran of anxiety (14 years). A lot of the ideas that he has (and exercises) are very much like the ones you'll find on this site. A lof of cognitive behavioral stuff. Persoanlly, I thought the Linden Method was a lot more interesting and made a lot more sense. I mean, I'm not CURED or anything but the way the Linden Method goes about explaining it makes a lot more sense.

yes ive accually gotthe lindeon method however the cds were destroyed in my car accident and i have no idea about how to replace it =/ and this book seemed like it might be a plus or an add on to it ( i thought this before a tree jumped on into the road) :/ Thank you very much!
