Its an audio programme which uses positive affirmations disguised in music or nature sounds you play them every day for about an hour for 30 days. It sounds tedious but because you can listen whilst watching TV its not too bad at all. Basically it works by bypassing your concious to get to your subconcious mind to make the changes . I've been using mine for a week and its been really great they cost about $ 20 but I got the free programme forgiving and letting go which is available from their site www.innertalk.com . I am now going to buy some others. As someone who has suffered the frightening effects of panic attacks and agoraphobia-I feel that  it is really helpfull in making you feel good about yourself !
