Hi everyone. I am looking for a new recording with progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery. I'm a little bored with the one I have. Can someone recommend a good one? Also, I once had a recording of Dr. Bernie Segal doing some imagery work but I misplaced it and cant remember the title. I remember it had something about going to a special place and hot air balloons on it. Does anyone know which tape this is? Thanks for the help. Rachele

I like Ely Bay's "Let Go". He has a very mellow voice, and soft unobtrusive music in the background.

Lauralai, thanks for your reply. It looks like not too many people actually try relaxation! I have found it helpful in the past but am a bit bored with the tape I have now. I'm going to try for the one you recommend. Thanks again. Rachele
