This is a very useful quote and fact learnt from Buddhism.

Dalai Lama, "If there is a way to overcome that pain, then there is no need to worry. If there is no way to overcome it, then no use to worry too much.

I hope this quote makes u realise how useless are those negative thoughts.

:) Thanks for that Skdls. I'm going to introduce this to my thinking.
Some other thoughts I've found useful are

No matter what happens, the world will still be here tomorrow.

No matter what, I'm still me.

Whatever's gonna happen is gonna happen anyway and you always have a choice.

By that last one I don't mean everythings predetermined. I say that to myself to free myself up and stop me from being so uptight about the unfolding of the day.

Thank you for sharing those thoughts and quotes of inspiration! I always find looking over inspiring quotes gives me that push towards positive thinking!
