Nicole, you are quite welcome! I don't have all of the answers ,but I remember how I felt when I was experiencing alot of anxiety and panic and all I wanted was for someone to tell me that I wasn't crazy and to give me examples of ways to cope with all of the thoughts and fears running through my mind. Just remember it doesn't happen over night but if you work at changing the way you think, the fear will go away.

When I was on Paxil the doctor prescribed Risperadal for obscessive thoughts. I found that Risperadal just made me feel more anxious, angry, irritable. I felt restless all the time. I ended up switching to Effexor without the Risperadal and I have found that the Effexor is working well for me. I also take Ativan and that helps. Hope you have success. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right medication since everyones body responds to medicine differently.
