Festive, In order not to duplicate any passwords, the password you received is unique to you. It would be wonderful to be able to choose our own, however, the technical department is more helpful to all of us, with the current system. Don't worry I didn't get to pick my own password either! Perhaps you can post it on you computer or in a safe place near your computer. Josie
