Member Goals
Most people who sign up for out Online Program post some personal goals. Many of our members have said that publically stating these goals is very important because it helps them to keep focused on their commitment to try to reach their goals. Posting goals also helps others to decide what they would like to try to work toward.

peaceandlove’s Goals are to: 1. To study at least 1 hour per day. 2. To workout at least 3 times per week. Lifting weights and at least 30 minutes of cardio. 3. Feel relaxed and free

COlsen’s Goals are to: 1. My main goal is to overcome panic attacks by refusing to let negative and anxious thoughts dictate my reality. Everyday I will refute these negative/anxious thoughts until I am panic free again. 2. To travel with ease. (I have lived abroad before panic took over my life a year ago and I can return to that level of independence!) 3. To drive without fear of anxiety and dizziness. To return to highway driving in the near future.
