The Panic Program is divided into twelve weekly sessions. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. The Panic Program schedule is as follows:
What Tools will I use in The Panic Program?
The 12-week program utilizes the following tools.
Your Session Diary
When you sign-up for The Panic Program, all of your materials and exercises will be kept in Your Session Diary. Your Session Diary will function as your personal home page. Your progress will be monitored and recorded within Your Session Diary. If you would like to see a sample of a Session Diary, please click here.
The Anxiety Test
After you sign-up for The Panic Program, we’d like you to complete The Anxiety Test. The Anxiety Test is a survey that asks you a series of questions about panic symptoms and other problems that often go along with panic and anxiety. The test is based on questions that doctors often ask their patients. Most of the questions have 'yes' or 'no' answers. When you finish the test you’ll be given a Final Report. We encourage you to share your Final Report with your health care professional.
If you’ve already completed The Anxiety Test, we’d like you to complete it again. This will allow us to save a copy of your Final Report in your Session Diary

Your Panic Diary
The Panic Diary is a recording tool that will help you track your panic symptoms. Studies have shown that monitoring symptoms on a daily basis is an important part of the effective treatment of panic and agoraphobia. We recommend sharing your Panic Diary with your doctor or other mental health professional.

Journals and Recording Forms
As you go thorough The Panic Program you will be given a number of forms that will monitor and track your panic symptoms and panic attacks. We call completing these forms 'homework'. We provide printer-friendly recording forms so you can use them when required.
Online Support Group
Our Online Support Group is moderated by healthcare professionals. Our Support Group allows you to communicate with Panic and/or Agoraphobia sufferers worldwide. Please note that we do not offer psychotherapy in our Online Support Group and we don't answer questions regarding medication.
What about my Privacy?
We know that privacy is a concern. When you sign up we encourage you to use an anonymous Yahoo! or Hotmail address. Yahoo! and Hotmail email accounts are free, and using an anonymous email address will guarantee you anonymity. We also suggest that you select a Username that is different from your first name.
